The State of Texas has averaged over 71,000 total criminal arrests per month in local Texas jails since February 2012. Over that same period, more than 8% of the total arrests per month are foreign nationals, regardless of immigration status. That 8% equates to an average of 5,932 individual criminal aliens arrested per month. Within that criminal alien total, over 40% are recidivists – meaning they have at least one prior criminal arrest in Texas and were identified as a criminal alien at that time. There are two possible avenues to fall in the recidivist category: 1) the criminal alien was arrested, released from jail, and reoffended; or 2) the criminal alien was arrested, deported, reentered the United States, and reoffended. The chart below depicts those monthly statistics from February 2012 through July 2014…

…The program for monitoring criminal alien arrests in Texas began in October 2008. From October 2008 through August 1, 2014, Texas has identified a total of 207,076 unique criminal alien defendants booked into Texas county jails. Over their criminal careers, these defendants are responsible for at least 652,979 individual criminal charges in Texas. All charges reported to DPS must be supported by fingerprints. While DPS maintains offenses ranging from Class C misdemeanors to Capital felonies, the Class C misdemeanors make up only 6% of the criminal alien charges. More than half of the charges are Class A misdemeanors and felonies, including 3,089 homicides and 8,070 sexual assaults as seen on the chart below…

Some interesting data here which raises at least one question. Recognizing the numbers were compiled 9/11/14 for this years activity, there appears to be a significant drop in drug confiscations across the board. I’m sure you are familiar with the ‘Muslim Brotherhood in the White House’ story. It’s been around for so long there used to be only three of them.

Like you, I first read the account years ago. It’s been a while since the criminal politicians have surprised me so it wasn’t too difficult to accept at face value that the Muslim Brotherhood really is at the higher levels of Homeland Security and they do have total access. I didn’t even try to verify the information until today. Stuff happens, attitudes get bad, memories fade.

It turns out they all do have ties to MB in some fashion. One seems more comfortable with the leftist vehicle of change.

Strange goings on.

Our borders have been being crossed for years now by unfriendlies from unfriendly countries. The State Department has been flying them in, too.

Recently, the Islamic State jumped to center stage from the peanut gallery. Last week, though, in Iraq, they were visited by U.S. air forces who encouraged them to withdraw their forces under heavy bombing. Or so it was reported.

Keep in mind these locations are based on addresses provided prior to their incarceration. There is also a discrepancy between the number of killers listed in the original ICE document that announced the release of the 36,007 imprisoned invaders and the number of released killer invaders ICE recently provided to Senator Grassley.

Of the 36,007 invaders listed for release 193 were imprisoned for homicide convictions. The Grassley list only has 169 killers on it.

Makes a person wonder how many of the missing twenty-four are OTM.

When their failures to provide security at our borders and protection from our enemies are allowed to be explained away with a couple of mea culpas after disaster strikes and at the same time increase their efforts to disarm the People, we enable tyranny to grow more bold.

Until our borders are secured and the OTM’s from the special interest countries who breached our borders are rounded up and deported, the threat from muslim terrorists should not be ignored or played down. We should not rely on the government for protection. Their message, as spelled out above is, they are not capable of defeating all terrorist attacks against Americans, every time and everywhere. Don’t be a victim of their malfeasance. Prepare a local defense network.

With their refusal to secure our borders for the last 20 or so years, they have assured an opportunity for that dire prediction made by the 9-11 Commission to come true.
