Scientists… Ya Can’t Live With ’em

because you can’t trust them.

Maybe you haven’t consciously recognized that truism yet but  you know the crap they’re selling about the scamdemic isn’t sitting well within you even though as a Caucasian  (and I’m addressing those I assume are most of the readers here)  because you understand the importance of going-along-to-get-along having been trained by this guy https://www.famouspsychologists.org/kurt-lewin/  since 1947.

Well, it appears the consistently successful go-along-to-get-along training has ran into an unexpected impediment and the puppet masters are not used to being as flummoxed as they may be thinking they are at this point in the scam.

What I think the source of their discomfort is is the possibility the applied adaptive logics they have come to so heavily rely on in the last seventy or so years are showing signs of tread wear.

The technocrats running the show only intended to appear they had mankind’s well-being in mind; that deception injected if you will, a degree of chance in their ploy they must have thought they could cover with a blanket of fear. When their scam started hitting resistance they resorted to doubling down on their lies and putting multiple wizards behind the curtain spewing the same lies they’ve been cultivating for years. There are probably some players thinking the odds are still in their favor if they can only manipulate more causes of death into the appropriate death certificate boxes.

Here’s three of their wizards. Same message. Same masters. Same scornful, superior attitude.

S.A.P. is a consultant for Sanofi, Merck, Janssen, Inovio, Moderna, Astra Zeneca, Rational Vaccines, NTxBio, Seqirus, Codagenix, Vaxinnity, and Valneva.

I first learned of Stanley A Plotkin three years ago. The links to his deposition on that page no longer function but thankfully more prescient folk have insured Plotkin’s version of humanistic behavior is not lost to US.

A recent editorial in which he referred to the scam as a plague contains quite a few ifs, maybes and howevers with a few urgent adjectives thrown in but when you’re selling vaccines every sneeze is the start of an epidemic. Or even a plague.

From “What have we learned from the COVID-19 plague?”

The overriding lesson for us is that epidemics of infectious diseases will continue to happen, that their spread in a well-connected world is predictable, and that efforts to develop preventive measures must be initiated before an infectious agent launches an epidemic, not after. Examples of epidemic threats are many, including recurrent influenza viruses and other pathogens, such as SARS-CoV-1 and SARS-CoV-2, Zika virus, Chikungunya virus, and other agents that, because of increased human and insect mobility, have already become worldwide plagues

Their BS continues.

Recently, CEPI has confirmed our hopes by supporting the development of new vaccines for a number of infections occurring in lower- and middle-income countries, including COVID-19 and diseases caused by endemic and enzootic pathogens. CEPI has now embarked on the development of prototype vaccines against categories of pathogenic agents that are not yet spreading in humans but that could well cause the next pandemic (2, 3).

Put your protective glasses on, the craps going to start flying in 3,2,1 at https://cepi.net/wp-content/uploads/2021/03/CEPI_3.5_billion_investment_case_10032021.pdf where they will try to convince you Covid brought the world to it’s knees when any thinking person knows it was a coordinated western world government effort that came up with that ‘we’re at war’ crap and shut down everything with payoffs at every possible level .

Epidemic and pandemic diseases should be viewed not merely as a public health risk but as an existential threat to modern society. They are a transnational threat that demands a coordinated and collective global response. Dr Richard Hatchett, CEO of CEPI

Yeah, I’d want my name to be unreadable, too. His name is Hatchett and he announced the covid war on March 15 2020.

https://cepi.net/news_cepi/bill-melinda-gates-foundation-and-wellcome-pledge-300-million-to-cepi-to-fight-covid-19-and-combat-threat-of-future-pandemics/

Urgently needed are more collaborations…

…CEPI calls on political, industry, academic, philanthropic, and civil society leaders to join us and support our bold plan.

Dr. Richard Hatchett Chief Executive Officer, CEPI

Gee, from Stanley’s lips to Richard’s ears to the Gates’ pocketbook and if things work out right (they will if we continue to cooperate)their investment will morph into another tax burden for America .

And MSM won’t ever make the scam connection. How cool is that for them?

Here’s an idea Bill and Mel. Why don’t you spend the $300M on start-up indoor plumbing businesses and sewage and water services? What’s that? You won’t get the expected rate of return on your foundations investment your looking forward to with a continuously running ‘one and done’ operation? And you don’t actually expect the copper pipes to last very long before they get pulled out of the ground by warlords? What good would that be doing you then, right?

An explanation, dear reader, of the purpose of foundations from the godfather of foundations https://www.rockpa.org/guide/impact-investing-introduction/

Impact investments are defined as investments made into companies, organizations, and funds with the intention to generate social or environmental impact alongside a financial return.

While this definition leaves room for a broad set of investments, two key elements should be present: intentionality and measurement. The investor’s intention should include some element of both social impact and financial return. And while there is more consensus on metrics for financial return on investment (ROI), an impact investor should also aim to measure the social impact. In essence, all investments make an impact on society; some positive, some negative. Impact investors intentionally pursue investments that lead to measured positive social impact (for the purposes of this guide, we include environmental impact in the broader header of social impact).

Otherwise recognized as the covert tool of transforming free people into slaves without them recognizing it has happened UNtil it is too late.

impact investing provides a tool for achieving social good with a wider array of assets than a traditional philanthropy. Private foundations in the U.S., for example, can achieve social good with not only their 5% required annual payout, but also with the 95% endowment corpus that remains invested. To put this in perspective, U.S. foundations make annual grants totaling $60 billion, while holding assets totaling $865 billion

Smelling a hostile takeover yet?

Maybe you should go back to http://logica.ugent.be/dirk/eial.pdf and look for the basis of their use of the changing balance theme of “some positive some negative” on society. Look closely and you might realize the fulcrum of the balance that measures the good and evil they tout as acceptable is intended to sit on a base of lies and those lies are intended to swallow up the light you are trying to share.

Luke 11:35 Take heed therefore that the light which is in thee be not darkness.

Returning to “What have we learned from the COVID-19 plague?”

Plotkin was concerned The term “correlate of protection” is sometimes misunderstood. Immune responses are often redundant and act together. However, identification of the chief protective immune response against a pathogen enables evaluation of both vaccinated and naturally infected individuals with regard to their likelihood to resist infection or develop clinical symptoms. However, immune factors may differ with regard to protection against local or disseminated infection and disease. Therefore, correlates of protection may be complex and multiple

Is that why they don’t want anyone to use Ivermectin? It doesn’t leave any chemical markers those anal retentives crave?

However, because of the large populations in Asia and Africa, production facilities must be greatly expanded…

Who did his research? WHO?

From https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC6787663/

Conclusion

This study found rurality, province, and chronic lung disease diagnosis as significant factors associated with TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) practitioner utilization among older individuals in China. These factors may reflect structural differences in access to health care between urban and rural regions of different provinces and also suggest the importance of local cultural context in the utilization of a TCM practitioner. These findings may inform TCM preservation and development, health interventions, and integration with WM to improve the health and health service use at later life in an aging society.

It looks to me the people of China are getting less interested. Maybe Plotkin needs a second opinion?

From https://bmccomplementmedtherapies.biomedcentral.com/articles/10.1186/s12906-020-02910-x

Conclusion…

Using a cross-sectional survey, this study revealed that the prevalence rates of belief and use of traditional medicine were both close to 50% among amongst Shanghai older adults. These high rates suggest a great potential of traditional medicine to address the increasing healthcare needs due to population aging. We also found patients of cardiovascular diseases, lung diseases, cancer, prostatitis, arthritis and nervous system diseases were more likely to seek help from traditional medicine. Though not conclusive, our study suggested that traditional medicine in China appears to serve two distinct functions: complementary medicine for socioeconomically advantaged individuals, and alternative medicine for socioeconomically disadvantaged.

S.A.P.’s editorial is very misleading. While it looks like a loosening of his grip on reality, confusion is one result of fear. He and his friends may be feeling the heat from his intended victims, US. An increasingly larger segment of the intended victims are getting increasingly angry. Here’s another example of intentional sloppy research. He wrote:

…the United Kingdom, where the government speaks with one voice, is a better model than the United States, where 50 different governments are speaking to the public and voicing different instructions.

The implication is everyone over there is cooperating like they were depicted during in WW II. They’re not. I think the people in the UK have felt they’ve  been experiencing WW III for awhile now and they too feel like  the targeted enemy.

Here’s one level of uncooperative…

Meanwhile a coterie of Plotkin’s sycophants cheered his predictions of 2017 despite the undisguised duplicity of his choices; or perhaps because of them. I’ll paste a couple of his puzzling ‘predictions’ but first the Money Line:

In the question and answer session that followed, Plotkin noted that the same factors that would lead to decreased immunization rates in the US could also lead to reduced funding for vaccinology.

Was Plotkin gambling on the pandemic back in 2017? Why would he target diseases such as those on his 2017 list? Is their fear weaponry losing it’s power as time passes? Are they getting uncomfortable with being forced to ignore their failed predictions of bodies piled in the streets or with replacing their doom and gloom spokespersons  when their dreams fail to become reality and then disappear quickly from public view?

As they practice with ‘plaguish’ type diseases on monkeys here’s the lineup of diseases the globalist are using to build up their cash reserves in their world bank accounts followed by some background reports on the targeted diseases impact on humanity.

Rotovirus

From https://www.infectiousdiseaseadvisor.com/home/decision-support-in-medicine/infectious-diseases/rotaviruses/

Approximately 60-90% of individuals afflicted with rotavirus gastroenteritis present with fever, vomiting, and diarrhea. This constellation of signs and symptoms, however, is common to many infective gastroenteritides. Thus, rotavirus infection can be easily misdiagnosed, if based solely on clinical features. Acute, febrile, non-bloody diarrhea should trigger a broader differential than rotavirus alone to include infection with other viruses, such as coronavirus, enterovirus, adenovirus, hepatitis A, or bacteria, such as enterotoxigenic Escherichia coli, Salmonella species, and Campylobacter strains.

Although rotavirus gastroenteritis is often diagnosed presumptively, there are several rarely used, but widely available, laboratory diagnostics that enable confirmation of infection.

From https://www.cdc.gov/healthywater/global/diarrhea-burden.html

About 88% of diarrhea-associated deaths are attributable to unsafe water, inadequate sanitation, and insufficient hygiene 5, 6

  • Water, food, and objects become contaminated with stool in many ways:
    • People and animals defecate in or near water sources that people drink.
    • Contaminated water is used to irrigate crops.
    • Food preparers do not wash their hands before cooking.
    • People with contaminated hands touch objects, such as doorknobs, tools,
      or cooking utensils.

RSV

From https://www.cdc.gov/rsv/index.htm

Respiratory syncytial (sin-SISH-uhl) virus, or RSV, is a common respiratory virus that usually causes mild, cold-like symptoms. Most people recover in a week or two, but RSV can be serious, especially for infants and older adults. RSV is the most common cause of bronchiolitis (inflammation of the small airways in the lung) and pneumonia (infection of the lungs) in children younger than 1 year of age in the United States.

From https://www.greatlakesclinicaltrials.com/news/2021/9/21/respiratory-syncytial-virus-rsv-a-hidden-annual-epidemic

Initial signs of RSV are similar to mild cold symptoms, including congestion, runny nose, fever, cough, and sore throat. Very young infants may be irritable, fatigued and have breathing difficulties. Normally these symptoms will clear up on their own in a few days…

Researchers are working to develop a vaccine, but currently, there is nothing available for public use. In collaboration with Pfizer, Great Lakes Clinical Trials will soon be initiating a clinical trial for an RSV vaccine. The expected start date is early October 2021…

C. diff

From https://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/c-difficile/symptoms-causes/syc-20351691

Illness from C. difficile typically occurs after use of antibiotic medications. It most commonly affects older adults in hospitals or in long-term care facilities. In the United States, about 200,000 people are infected annually with C. difficile in a hospital or care setting. These numbers are lower than in previous years because of improved prevention measures.

From https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/abs/pii/S1357303921002000

Clostridioides difficile (formerly Clostridium) causes a potentially life-threatening diarrhoea, which is acquired predominantly in hospitals. The incidence of infections caused by this organism has increased markedly over the past 20 years, although the incidence has fallen in the UK since a peak about 10 years ago. Suspicion of the condition should be high, and cases should be managed appropriately…

Adjuvant upgrades

From https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4494348/

While early adjuvants (aluminum, oil-in-water emulsions) were used empirically, rapidly increasing knowledge on how the immune system interacts with pathogens means that there is increased understanding of the role of adjuvants and how the formulation of modern vaccines can be better tailored towards the desired clinical benefit….

Adjuvants are the most advanced new technology in the search for new vaccines against challenging pathogens and for vulnerable populations that respond poorly to traditional vaccines.

From https://www.researchgate.net/publication/338397312_Toward_precision_adjuvants_Optimizing_science_and_safety

Most adjuvants, including Alum, Toll-like receptor agonists and oil-in-water emulsions, activate innate immunity thereby altering the quantity and quality of an adaptive immune response. Adjuvants activate leukocytes, and induce mediators (e.g., cytokines, chemokines, and prostaglandin-E) some of which are biomarkers for reactogenicity, that is, induction of local/systemic side effects. Although there have been safety concerns regarding a hypothetical risk of adjuvants inducing auto-immunity, such associations have not been established. As immune responses vary by population (e.g., age and sex), adjuvant research now incorporates principles of precision medicine. Innovations in adjuvant research include use of human in vitro models, immuno-engineering, novel delivery systems, and systems biology to identify biomarkers of safety and adjuvanticity.

Dengue

From https://www.who.int/news-room/fact-sheets/detail/dengue-and-severe-dengue

The virus responsible for causing dengue, is called dengue virus (DENV). There are four DENV serotypes and it is possible to be infected four times. While many DENV infections produce only mild illness, DENV can cause an acute flu-like illness. Occasionally this develops into a potentially lethal complication, called severe dengue.

From https://www.hindustantimes.com/cities/delhi-news/six-more-dengue-deaths-in-delhi-take-annual-toll-to-23-highest-since-2015-101640627811429.html

Delhi added six more dengue deaths that took place between October and November, taking the toll due to the mosquito borne disease to 23 this year — the most fatalities since 2015 when 60 people succumbed to the disease, according to the weekly report compiled by the three municipal corporations.

According to the latest report released on Monday, all six fatalities were those under 15 years, including an 8-month-old from Kirari in northwest Delhi who died in early November. The latest report also added 131 new dengue cases to the tally during the last week. The annual dengue case count in the Capital now stands at 9,545.

You ever wonder why the numbers of cases are included in news articles…?

From Rockefeller Medicine Men: Medicine and capitalism in America by E. Richard Brown pgs 122-123

Scientific medicine’s singular concern with the microbiological interaction of the human body and specific disease states had political consequences which Gates and a few others envisioned. In brief, Gates embraced scientific medicine as a force that would: (1) help unify and integrate the emerging industrial society with technical values and culture, and (2) legitimize capitalism by diverting attention from structural and other environmental causes if disease.

Gates and other officers in the Rockefeller foundations believed that medicine had an important cultural role to play. Gates believed that the goal of medicine, the “healing ministration,” “is the most intimate, the most precious, the superlative interest of every man that lives.” After food, water, sleep, and sex, freedom from disease is the great longing of all peoples. The desire for health is a unifying force “whose values go to the palace of the rich and the hovel of the poor.” Medicine is a work “which penetrates everywhere.” Thus, “ the values of medical research are the most universal values on earth, and they are the most intimate and important values to every human being that lives.”

With medicine’s unique acceptance by all people, the Rockefeller Foundation discovered what the missionaries also knew: Medicine can be used to convert and colonize the heathen. In 1909 the Rockefeller philanthropies added public health programs to their earlier efforts to develop public schools and promote agricultural demonstration projects in the South in part because medical care is so seductive to even the most reluctant people…

From https://ndc.services.cdc.gov/case-definitions/coronavirus-disease-2019-2021/

A surveillance case definition is a set of uniform criteria used to define a disease for public health surveillance. Surveillance case definitions enable public health officials to classify and count cases consistently across reporting jurisdictions. Surveillance case definitions are not intended to be used by healthcare providers for making a clinical diagnosis or determining how to meet an individual patient’s health needs.

They’re not intended for the use of healthcare providers nor for use  in the interest  of a patients health needs, so why are they used?

One reason is it’s an unobtrusive way to remind people that Big Brother likes us; he really, really likes us… to experiment with

Lyme Disease

From https://www.cdc.gov/lyme/why-is-cdc-concerned-about-lyme-disease.html

Lyme disease is the most common vector-borne disease in the United States. A recently released estimate based on insurance records suggests that approximately 476,000 Americans are diagnosed and treated for Lyme disease each year.

From https://academic.oup.com/cid/article/52/3/364/307928

…Approval to release death records during the study period was received from all states except Idaho, Iowa, Louisiana, Maine, and Tennessee. Among the 45 remaining states, Lyme disease was coded as an underlying or multiple cause of death for 119 records from 25 states. When requesting corresponding death certificates, one certificate could not be located by the state, one was never requested in error, two certificates did not contain a diagnosis or any wording of Lyme disease or B. burgdorferi infection, and one certificate was destroyed and the corresponding data deleted during our analysis due to expiration of the state’s human subjects approval per state guidelines. Analyses were conducted on the remaining 114 death certificates…

In contrast to the 96,068 cases of Lyme disease reported to CDC during 1999–2003, Lyme disease was coded as an underlying cause of death on only 23 records…

Pertussis

From https://www.cdc.gov/mmwr/preview/mmwrhtml/mm5128a2.htm

A total of 17 deaths of persons having pertussis symptom onset in 2000 were reported to CDC by 12 states. All deaths occurred among infants born in the United States, with onset of pertussis symptoms at age <4 months. Nine (53%) deaths occurred among males. Of the 17 deceased infants, 14 (82%) were white, one (6%) was black, and one (6%) was American Indian/Alaska Native; race was not reported for one (6%). Data on ethnicity were reported for 15 (88%) infants; seven (41%) of the 17 deceased infants were Hispanic.

From https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/28623146/

Our estimates suggest that, compared with the 1999 estimates published in 2003 (30·6 million pertussis cases and 390 000 deaths from pertussis in children younger than 5 years), the numbers of cases and deaths of pertussis have fallen substantially. Model sensitivity emphasised the importance of better surveillance to improve country-level decision making and pertussis control.

Better surveillance is called for. No kidding.

Those keeping the figures at CDC and NIH better check their batteries in their calculator. Oh wait. Estimates don’t need no calculator.

There are more targets for the vaxxists.

chikungunya,    lassa fever , nipah virus that are mostly sanitation problems the vaccine mafia want to exploit, imo.

Plotkin’s condescending opinion of the resistance to the globalist elite’s ongoing technocratic effort to coup was explicitly stated when he wrote “negative propaganda from incompetent observers and skepticism about information from experts” are responsible for our lack of total capitulation.

It’s obvious the only ‘thinking’ going to be permitted in their future will be directed by any number of bureaucratic satraps.

The next wizard is Peter J Hotez. Don’t let that friendly face fool you. He’s a determined warrior when it comes to facing off with right wing antiscience aggression and he’s been at it a long time. https://docs.house.gov/meetings/IF/IF02/20160302/104594/HHRG-114-IF02-TTF-HotezP-20160302.pdf shows his record of battles, his awards and proof he’s been actively supporting the vaxx forces since his first job in 1980 at Rockefeller U.

His grant history starts on page 71 and shows his strong interest in parasites of all sorts but the hookworm variety seemed to catch his attention in a bigly fashion. I’ve seen those pictures that keep getting disappeared from youtube, allegedly of the vaccine that has to be kept frozen because some alleged medical people have reported that worm like creatures are detectable when the vaccine is thawed out for too long which in itself is difficult to grasp. I mean what are those vaccines served up as? Slurpee shots? Not likely.

However, Lancet published a cohort study, September 01, 2021 that stated Evidence from Africa indicates that significantly less COVID-19 patients suffer from serious symptoms than in the industrialized world. We and others previously postulated a partial explanation for this phenomenon, being a different, more activated immune system due to parasite infections. Here, we aimed to test this hypothesis by investigating a potential correlation of co-infection with parasites with COVID-19 severity in an endemic area in Africa.

The authors did include To the best of our knowledge, there are no reports published to date actually demonstrating a clear association between parasite co-infection and COVID-19 severity.

Which, of course, does not mean with todays no-holds-barred science they wouldn’t act on their observations regarding parasites as a possible vaccine amelioration and subject various groups of volunteersto another strange brew. It’s not totally unheard of. Parasites. The other right vaxx.

In this unique cohort study consisting of 751 Ethiopian patients, we…demonstrate that the proportion of COVID-19 patients with parasitic infection decreased with increasing categories of disease severity…we observed that co-infection with any parasite, including protozoa, or helminths, was associated with lower odds of developing severe COVID-19. In addition, patients without parasite co-infection appeared vulnerable to worse in-hospital outcomes, including admission to the intensive-care unit, requirement for supplemental oxygen, or mechanical ventilation, and death.

2.4 Statistical analysis

We hypothesized that co-infection with intestinal parasite is associated with reduced risk of severe COVID-19 [[13]]. Exposure was intestinal parasite co-infection. The primary outcome of the study was the proportion of severe disease among SARS-CoV-2 PCR positive patients. A feasibility study showed that about 20% of COVID-19 patients with parasite co-infection developed severe COVID-19. We expected this to increase to about 50% among those without parasite co-infection. A minimum sample size of 223 patients with parasite, and 446 without parasite co-infection (at 1:2 ratio) was required to ensure 80% power using a two-sided test with a significance level of α=0.05. Assuming a dropout rate of 10%, a minimum total sample size of 738 was estimated for the cohort

…Of the total 751 individuals enrolled in the study, 284 (37.8%) harbored one or more intestinal parasites (Table 2). Of the patients included in the study, protozoa and helminth infections comprised 20.2% and 24.5%, respectively. The most common protozoa infections were Entamoeba spp. (16.8%) and Giardia (3.6%). For helminths, the most common infections were H. nana (15.1%), S. mansoni (4.5%), and A. lumbricoides (3.6%). The proportion of patients harboring multiple parasites (>1) was 8.7% (Table 2). There was no significant difference in sex and age distribution between those with parasites and those without (Table 1). However, those without parasite co-infection appeared more symptomatic for COVID-19. In addition, the proportion of comorbid conditions, in particular NCDs, was significantly higher in COVID-19 patients without parasitic co-infection (Table 1).

Modern scientist #3 does not belong in the big leagues like the previous two. His nasty on people who question the whole covid scam was childish. Which makes this a dishonorable mention for him.

Richard Reiser, MD | SUNY Downstate Medical Center

In 2016 Johns Hopkins investigators reported the 3rd leading cause of death in the USA was medical errors and complications, not including all the damage we do that doesn’t result in death (1). It would be good to account for that in COVID-19-era rankings of causes of death.

The recent DOJ announcement of the arrest of Oath Keeper founder Stewart Rhodes has once again raised a national discussion about the role of ‘special cops’, the federal undercover agents whose role as organizers and planners of controlled events meant to enforce and strengthen  a belief in the NWO fantasy based propaganda of ‘far right/right-wing’ terrorism examples of which, including their dispositions, follow directly:

After the verdict, the jury foreman, John Weaver (no relation to the defendant), said the Government’s case raised more questions than it answered in the two-month trial. A central charge against Mr. Weaver, that he conspired to confront the Government, was quickly dismissed by the jury, the foreman said. Crucial prosecution witnesses, he said, helped the defense as much as the prosecution. “These were Government witnesses and they were testifying both ways,” he said

Trial[edit]

The trial began on February 13, 2012.[26] On March 27, 2012, a federal judge acquitted seven Hutaree defendants of the most serious charges related to conspiracy and sedition; they were free to go. David Stone Sr. and Joshua Stone continued to be held on weapons-related charges.[27][28] On August 8, 2012, David Stone Sr., Joshua Stone, and Joshua Clough were sentenced to time served on weapons-related charges, to which they pleaded guilty, and placed under supervision for two years.[29]

Return of seized property[edit]

After the acquittal of seven Hutaree members, the property seized during a March 2010 raid was returned to the owners. Items included a wedding ring, firearms and surplus items of military equipment previously owned by Hutaree members.[30][31] The FBI returned Tina Stone’s six guns, including her AR-15 semi-automatic rifle.[32]

Seized items that had been returned included hundreds of thousands of rounds of ammunition, numerous weapons and other material, but several items, including illegal weapons taken as evidence, had been destroyed by the Justice Department.

I also submitted a Bucks County schedule of flea markets recently in case we wanted to pursue that venue for recruiting. Again, if it is not something we wish to make use of as an organization, please let me know.

Here’s the April 16 message.

Thanks,

John

Considering Recruitment Methods Based on Bucks County Demographics

Purpose of submitting this information is to instigate a discussion that will lead to a plan Bucks County Oath Keepers can use as a convincing argument for an Oath Keepers presence in Bucks County that will be recognized and accepted by local officials and citizens alike.

Included is an attempt to present a picture of the Bucks County government organizations tasked with responding to emergencies, the police departments and their response capabilities and the means various boroughs use to protect their residents.

The municipalities’ web sites also present an opportunity to gain some insight into the nature of the citizens living in those municipalities. If web content is indicative of interest, many citizens of Bucks consider Parks and Recreation, zoning and the leash law of more interest than their security. Recruiting efforts in those communities will likely not be easy.

The information at this point is drawn from the Bucks County government web site and should not be considered complete.

The numbers of the members of police departments in Bucks County are also taken from City, township and borough web sites that publish that information and the additional number that is suggested further on can only be called a guesstimate.

http://www.buckscounty.org/LivingAndWorking/municipalities

Bear in mind http://www.buckscounty.org/government/EmergencyServices/EmergencyManagement/CitizensGuide appears heavily invested in a Mother Nature scenario as the likely source of any problem,  FEMA and its mini-me State and County versions as the solution and sheltering in place as the best course of action for citizens to take in order to survive.

In normal times a natural disaster would seem to be the greatest threat but these, as we know, aren’t normal times. The Counties manager’s refusal to acknowledge publicly the increasing threats to Western Civilization, such as it is in Bucks, means one of three things:

  1. They lack common sense,
  2. They fear a general panic if the subject is brought up or
  3. They are willing to submit to Federal intervention and takeover.

To avoid any chance we may not reach the same conclusion about their head in the sand attitude, I suggest a manner of determining their reasoning be the first point we all discuss face to face.

Understanding the County managers thinking is critical to our success.

If a disaster other than a weather event occurs, we must know beforehand if they are committed to a FEMA only intervention and how deep that commitment goes. Gaining that information we can work to change their mindset, if possible, or work within their plan, if reasonable, or work around their plan, if necessary.

According to http://www.buckscounty.org/About Bucks County covers an area of 604 sq. miles of land and 15.8 sq. miles of water. The eastern boundary of Bucks is the Delaware River.

The 2012 Census report counted over 600, 000 people living in 23 boroughs and 31 townships with 1,034 persons per sq. mile.

There are almost 90,000 students enrolled in Bucks Counties 15 public school districts.

In addition, according to http://www.privateschoolreview.com/county_private_schools/stateid/PA/county/42017 there are 141 private schools in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, serving 20,486 students.

Combined, the number of police personnel assigned to municipal government police departments in Bucks County who posted police information total 380 officers including Chiefs. There may be as many as 100 more police officers since twenty-two townships and boroughs do not list the number of police officers in their employ.

Bridgetown Township, Milford Township and Riegelsville borough use State Police coverage. Bridgetown and Milford also list FEMA as a turn to organization.

In 2004, Upper Bucks and Central Bucks merged their tactical units to expand their capabilities and resources. The tactical unit is now comprised of officers from 20 police departments serving most municipalities in Central and Upper Bucks County.

Lower Bucks police departments appear less forthcoming about tactical units with one notable exception, Bensalem. It boasts a SWAT/Negotiator team.  On the opposite end of the spectrum, the link at http://www.buckscounty.org/LivingAndWorking/municipalities no longer connects to Upper Southampton Township’s website. It now leads to an automotive page. A hacker’s work, I’m guessing.

Northampton Township Police Department supports Town Watch.

The point being made is, in the event of a SHTF day, it’s likely all the police assets in the County will not be a very effective reactive force after 24-36 hours and it is unlikely any National Guard unit will be activated, let alone effective in the first critical eight hours. The only reliable, sustaining force would be local self-defense groups, hopefully organized by Oath Keepers.

Everyone has their own version of a SHTF day. I’ll use mine as an example and if you’ve read David Kilcullen’s book, “Out of the Mountains: The Coming Age of the Urban Guerrilla” you are already aware of the probability of such an event taking place in such a soft target area the Delaware Valley presents.

There should be no doubt in anyone’s mind that Middle East terrorist organizations have been sending terrorists through our porous borders for at least ten years now. In the Philadelphia region alone, there are 45 mosques, most of them Sunni. http://www.salatomatic.com/c/Greater-Philadelphia+67

Let’s be very conservative and say 40 of those 45 mosques provide cover for ten very hard assed and highly trained agents of change. That’s 400 terrorists in our midst. The devastating Mumbai raid was made by ten terrorists. We are the Great Satan so we should expect more.

Let’s say 100 terrorists have targets in Philadelphia, and the rest head to Berks, Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Lehigh and Montgomery Counties. Swiftly, suddenly and simultaneously all hell breaks loose and police organizations, along with National Guard Armories, are high on the target list. Fire departments and hospitals, communication centers and bridges are next. Even rail lines are targeted if things work out for them and they have the time. And you better believe they’re shooting everybody they see along the way.

Let’s complicate things now and have the sympathizers start venturing out. All they want to do is take the knockout game up a couple levels. A week or ten days of anarchy or maybe a month and pre-conditioned suburbia will be begging for martial law. I think Kissinger said that first, years ago. Before long it’s Goodnight, America.

Whatever scenario is used, whether it’s a terrorist attack or an unlikely show of muscle by the Federal forces to enforce a proclamation, the curtain is being readied to come down on US.

While I’m firmly planted in the camp of those who believe the recent events that took place in Nevada are far from over, Bunkerville is a model of deterrence the whole Country witnessed and can be used to build on.

There is no law against being organized and prepared.

The challenge we are faced with is convincing the public there is an immediate need to achieve an organized state of readiness for any situation. To overcome the lethargy designed and laid on by the political engineers, the initiative displayed by the people who faced off with the BLM has got to be headlined in some manner.

While it was a fine example of the spirit that made US a great People it also showed US how fragile our freedom is these days. There should now be an increasing awareness of the danger of that spirit being scattered to the winds. Though it will never die, the world will be hard pressed to have it available again, anytime soon, in the kind of fortress we are watching the Left dismantle.

I’ve been unable to attend the last few meetings so I don’t know if this subject of reaching out has been discussed. If it hasn’t, I hope this message will help to bring some form to a discussion about how we can best present the reason for our presence in Bucks County and increase our numbers.

John,

Your message is an excellent treatise on the subject.  We discussed the topic only very shortly to the extent that I think we all agree you nailed it, but we have been waiting for you to be able to give us a detailed briefing.

On Tuesday at my polling place I broached the subject with some Chalfont Borough committee members of needing a prepared group such as OK to support the Borough.  The answer was, “not in our purview,” but at least I have the conversation started.

How do you suggest we begin the process you have laid out?  Perhaps a well formulated letter, or would you suggest one on one with local officers? Based on our conversation yesterday, I believe Jim would suggest one on one.

Looking for your guidance.

Respectfully,

Tom

John,

I will be out of the country on that day, but if you would be able to take the lead and get a couple of your guys to attend that would be great.  The way you have this choreographed is very good.  I did talk with several of the Chalfont Borough committee people and they simply stated that it is “not in their purview.”

Respectfully,

Tom

Tom and Jim,

My suggestion would be to start at the top. The Bucks County Commissioners next meeting is on June 4, 2014 at the James A Michener Branch of the Bucks County Free Library in the Mark Schweiker Room on 401 Mill St., Quakertown. No time has been set. http://www.buckscounty.org/government/administration/PublicMeetings/2014MeetingIndex

I think sending a letter a week or ten days prior to the meeting outlining our intentions and requesting time to explain our mission at the meeting would be appropriate.

This doesn’t have to be said but I’m going to say it anyway. We bear no grudge nor hold any antagonism towards County or the local government. Our mission is to provide a framework for a self defense network down to the neighborhood level for all current or former military, law enforcement or anyone else who took an oath to protect and defend and who want to participate.

We are not interested in politics from an organizational view.

I think it’s safe to say we would like to enjoy a good working relationship with the County, townships and boroughs as any other volunteer organization does and we will work to cultivate such a relationship.

That does not mean we seek an ancillary role. We are support not subordinate. Our plan is growth with or without cooperation from those we want to work with.

That will likely be a message those in the courthouse will find hard to believe but that’s their problem. We seek their cooperation with good intentions. If they rebuff us we’ll survive.

I’m falling asleep at the keyboard, I gotta hit the rack. One last thing. I think a reference to the thin blue line of Bucks County could be made in the letter and developed further in person.

Please add your thoughts and suggestions.

Thanks,

John

All,

In support of John’s initiative, I would like to propose that we hold our first public meeting to introduce Oath Keepers to our local public servants.

We will need to avoid any conflicting holidays or social/cultural events, but tie the theme to the 4th.

We should:

  • Work toward a meeting in late July.  (can Jake secure a location?)
  • Present “Why Oath Keepers” as the message.  Perhaps a title “Who Are The Oath Keepers?”  (Tom to prepare and propose a powerpoint) ( the message should be tied to the official OK mission and a desire to work with local authorities in times of trouble using innocuous terms such as neighborhood watch/disaster recovery.)
  • Have door prizes  (can everyone secure one prize from a donor?  Maybe a local gun shop will provide?)
  • Have basic refreshment (perhaps cookies, coffee, tea?)
  • Invite our local Harrisburg and DC reps from Bucks and Montco
  • Invite our local sheriff and police from Bucks and Montco
  • Advertise the event

Any thoughts, concerns, objections?

Respectfully,

Tom

A buddy of mine lives out your way and would be a good subject matter expert to engage before this meeting.  He was heavily involved with the Minuteman movement at the national level and has been there, done that, got the T-shirt when it comes to dealing with the public and the “usual suspects”.

There are a lot of noob lessons that could be learned from talking to him as the Minutemen mission was very similar to OK in many respects and dealt with more or less the same groups as allies and opponents.

I’m afraid there is a lot of truth there…  I think the distinction for Oath Keepers lays in the margin, as when Tom discussed the crowd mentality on the forum the other day.  We might have a small influence but it’s enough to encourage others who are looking for someone to move first.  The Minutemen were more self-contained, a “shaming” action not really an influence operation.  They did make a marginal difference despite being overcome by the secular sweep that brought us here.

I hope we can learn from their successes as well as mistakes.

support the idea of a meeting in Tom’s suggested format. Don’t put Bundy on agenda but be prepared to answer questions/discuss if it comes up. No need to volunteer info on our CPT preps. If it comes up-keep it bland.  The Fellowship Hall at LVC has a kitchen and other amenities for an event of this type. Last thoughts-“nothing ventured, nothing gained;” The Liberty Movement needs a George Washington type to pull us/it together ASAP (my personal choice is LTCOL Allan West USA Ret; He has serious Grit, Gonads!  Just saying…. I agree with Jake. Try and keep it to basic oathkeeper information, leave out the CPT team preps and only touch on bundy if it comes up. Anyone who is interested enough in the oathkeepers after the meeting may find out about the CPT teams on their own from the website

Maybe ask the CGOPA if OK can join the public meeting with their event. You know, kinda piggy back on it as both groups are of like mind. It would bring more attention of both groups I think.

Sounds like a split decision.  I do think we need consensus before moving forward on something like this.  We do need to remember that OK is a public org while the CPT is a small group activity within the public org.

Perhaps this as a consensus builder.

  • See if we can tag along with the CGOPA.
  • Touch only on OK public info
  • Avoid NV references and have canned responses prepared for such questions
  • Avoid discussions of CPT and have canned responses prepared for such questions

Now – If we don’t have consensus then for the time being we stick with current agenda and work John’s proposal (affirmed by Jim) for working with the indians.

Will be sending an email blast out to almost 700 soon, happy to include blurb from BC OK if you are inclined.

One thing I learned from my days as a GOP flunkie doing campaign work for local candidates:  Never take a vote unless you know you’ll win it.

I think alliances are the way to go, which can and should be done building personal relationships with like-minded citizen and their established groups.  VFWs and American Legions are the go-tos of course.  NRA affiliates, NRA-ILA chapters and Rod & Gun clubs.  I’ve already made my pitch for ARES/RACES outfits.

If you notice, you’ll never see a Left-wing radical group stage an event – unless it’s a publicity stunt and frankly, they did their homework, salting the media with fellow travelers, many generations ago.  We don’t get to use the media for our benefit so our events must be organic, anticipating “trouble” as part of the plan and pre-empting it so much as possible.

I’d also push the envelope of that so-called comfort zone, too.  Local service clubs are always looking for speakers that are interesting.  We ought to prepare a nice 15 min canned speech for the Rotary Clubs and Kiwanis.  A nice job there might open minds among people in a position to help us quite a bit.

******************************

Art 1:41:13

I think im gonna agree here. its a good idea to have atleast the public side of OK come out and meet with officials and see where they stand, while keeping the CPT under the radar. public events are also good. if things ever go south, having a good relationship with the county residents will be more of use to us then the local officials. If OK is not out in the open to our residents now, they will have a real hard time trusting us should it come time for the CPT to activate

It’s good to see this discussion on what I consider the most important issue in our development.

The main reason I suggested going the Bucks County Commissioners route first is we are establishing ourselves as a County wide organization, so we meet with County officials. It’s best we learn their disposition towards us sooner rather than later. Chasing after the township officials, who will not make a commitment one way or another without consulting the party leadership anyway, will at best be time consuming. If we had members in a majority of townships we could meet with them simultaneously for a greater impact, but we don’t.

Do not expect them to show up to any coming out party. I tried that in 2005 with Pennsylvania Minutemen. Those that replied said they’d be out of town on that date.

Let’s face it. Our commitment to honor our oaths will be seen by them as an interest to only protect the old way. Most politicians are locked into a system that is committed to strong centralized power controlled through party politics. No matter how honorable our intentions, they will perceive us as threats. That’s a harsh truth I learned a few years back.

I wish it weren’t so because I believe Bucks County could only become stronger with an active OK.

Not talking about the OK commitment to the Constitution will only have us stumbling over our words. Bundy happened. I wouldn’t suggest bragging about it but it happened and from all appearances the will of the people prevailed. That was a situation where Bundy was facing extreme measures being enforced by a bully organization. The Declaration of Independence makes clear the action those who faced off with BLM was a fulfillment of their duty as free Americans. If our elected officials have a problem with that, it is theirs.

Having said that, I am still urging contact with the County Commissioners with the hope that I’m wrong and they will welcome another volunteer group. If they say thanks but no thanks, we know we don’t have to waste time at the lower levels. If our numbers grow, we try again next year.

A presentation for the CGO and further cooperation is a good idea. Having an active PR guy is a necessity. We can’t afford to stay under the radar, that’s where those running things want us. Having an event is a good idea. If we are sure it will be well attended sending out a press release a couple of days ahead can only help.

I’ll probably find another .02 cents later on.

Gij 3:07:32

  1.  I think we are still at best luke warm to making this change right now.

We will go forward with John’s original proposal and wait on the public meetings.  We are making very good headway in bringing people in and John has a good lay of the land in developing the other areas as we go.

I really don’t want to defocus our current development plans in comms and practices.

Let’s continue to focus on the indians as Jim said, and revisit later in the summer or early fall.

Unless and until things change financially, the best I can do is attend the meetings when circumstances permit. Due to her age, my mother is in a progressively declining state of health & its been left to me by my family to be the caregiver, thus causing my frequent inability to make my presence known at the bbq’s at Dads house. Rest assured tho my brothers, my resolve has not waned nor has my spirit. When push comes to shove, I’ll be shoulder to shoulder with you.

Subject: Prudence and Perfidy

Following is an opinion to be sent to the Courier Times, the Intel and the Bucks County Commissioners. It’s already been viewed by Jim and Tom and changes have been made thanks to Tom’s astute observations. Thanks, Tom.

It’s intention is to open up an awareness of OK in Bucks and to provide us with a path in to a Commissioners meeting soon.

We’re all in this together so any suggestions about the opinion are welcome. Please keep in mind the content limit is 700 words and I used almost everyone of them so please consider any suggestion you have as a replacement not as an add on. I’d appreciate any input on this paragraph in particular:

We believe it is imperative that Bucks County Commissioners take a serious look at their responsibility to the citizens of Bucks County and endorse the Oath Keepers as an important force that will help to insure Bucks citizen’s lives, liberties and properties survive any possible assault intact

Here goes…

Before these days of turbulence turn into a time of disorder isn’t it reasonable for the prudent citizens of Bucks County to turn to our elected local officials for a better understanding of how we can work together to protect our families and properties before, during and after any disaster befalls us?

While Bucks County citizens are fortunate to have access to county information through the   http://www.buckscounty.org/government/EmergencyServices web site where much helpful information can be found, there is information there that can use clarification.

What can’t be found are details about FEMA response and the help County officials expect it to provide. If mayhem strikes the Delaware Valley in a bold and coordinated fashion how long can the Thin Blue Line stretched across Bucks County’s 604 square miles be considered a viable, effective counter force? Twenty-four to thirty-six hours? More? Less? How long will it take FEMA to respond to any other than weather related disaster? Are citizens encouraged to hunker down in all situations?

These questions are raised partly out of concern over the recent action of Philadelphia’s Mayor Nutter who ordered the Philadelphia Police Department to no longer cooperate with Immigration Control and Enforcement, Department of Homeland Security.

Concern is further based on awareness that our National borders have become increasingly porous over the last two decades; a conservative estimation would describe them as open for at least the last two years.

Not to downplay the economic impact the arrival of millions of low wage replacements has had on the American workforce, but there are two more elements in play now because of our transparent borders, one more perilous than the other.

In 2013, mainstream newspapers reported the presence of Mexican drug cartels taking up residence in the United States.1 Those reports, based on a Foreign Policy magazine article2, outlined the insidious invasion.

The shooting war the Mexican government has been engaged in with the cartels since 2006 has wreaked havoc across their Country. Does anyone believe it would be any different if cartels get firmly established in the U.S.?

You cannot dismiss the existing influence the cartels already have here in the United States4 nor can you then claim that influence will diminish in these fertile plains where the Rule of Law is losing its meaning.

In their 2011 National Gang Threat Assessment the FBI reports:

Many US-based gangs have established strong working relationships with Central America and Mexico-based DTOs (drug trafficking organizations. Authors note) to perpetuate the smuggling of drugs across the US-Mexico and US-Canada borders. MDTOs (Mexican Drug Trafficking Organization. Authors note) control most of the cocaine, heroin, methamphetamine, and marijuana trafficked into the United States from Mexico and regularly employ lethal force to protect their drug shipments in Mexico and while crossing the US-Mexico border…5

In 2006, the House Committee on Homeland Security, Subcommittee on Investigations released a report titled: A Line in the Sand: Confronting the Threat at the Southwest Border.6 That report made it clear our national security was being breached by individuals from ‘special interest’ countries known to the intelligence community as countries that could export terrorist teams to our country.

In 2005, the U.S. Border Patrol apprehended approximately 650 such individuals.

Federal law enforcement estimates that only 10 to 30 percent of invaders are apprehended indicating that in 2005 alone more than 2,000 individuals from special interest countries slipped across our border undetected.

Using 2,000 as a base figure derived from the 30 percent apprehension estimate, we can accept a conservative estimate of a nine year flow of 2,000 individuals resulting in a terrorist force of 18,000 equal to an over staffed Marine Corps Division.

Using the 10 percent formula, we’re talking about a terrorist army in place.

The updated Line in the Sand Report7 dated 2012 is no less grim.

We believe it is imperative that Bucks County Commissioners take a serious look at their responsibility to the citizens of Bucks County and endorse the participation of an active citizen defense network such as Oath Keepers to insure Bucks citizen’s lives, liberties and properties survive any possible assault intact.

It is time to stop ignoring the reality of what is facing us.

If that makes it political, so be it. I’m up for that fight. I’m not up for turning family, friends, neighborhoods or myself over to political operatives of either party that have demonstrated time and again, they could care less about America or Americans who contributed to it’s unique history and culture that is so demeaned by political actions today.

If that turns people away from what we are trying to establish, well shame on them. They’ll have to learn to recognize the difference between being a democrat or republican political tool and a by God American some time, they might as well learn it from us.

Is there something about the nature of this letter you don’t like? If you have reason to oppose publicizing Bucks County OK, if anyone does, let’s hear it. That’s why I sent it out to everyone.

Personally i think we need to go public and get ahead of any bad publicity that may come our way. If the public knows who we are and wjat we stand for, and the local officials know who we are and what we stand for, then it will be hard paint us in a bad light or make us out to be anything other then what we are because people will already know and wont accept it. PR is everything. Hide in the shadows and its easy to make people believe whatever you want them to believe about you.

That’s what I’m thinking, Mike. We’re not seeking to overthrow anybody but we do have a right to organize out of a necessity to protect ourselves. Anybody paying attention to what is going on out there these days and is exposed to the information published by Congress and the FBI that is included in this letter should welcome the fact there is an organization like Oath Keepers willingly offering advice on how to protect their neighborhood. Hanging in the shadows will not help us get accepted by anyone. And I’m tired of jackjawing, do nothing but attend meetings feel good heads-in-the-sand concerned citizens that might think we’re a threat. Let them see how far they’ll get with their tofu kumbaya offering of peace joy and brotherhood to the gangsters and jihadists out there licking their chops at the thought of taking down our society AKA the Great Satan.

Rant over.

If we as a group are serious about carving out a role in Bucks county to protect and defend the Constitution then let’s mount up and get to it. Otherwise we’ll be nitpicking details until it’s too late.

The commissioners are not being ambushed. I would send them out a copy of the letter when I send it out to the papers. The newspapers usually take a few days deciding if they’ll even publish a letter. That should be more than enough time for the Commissioners to become familiar with the issue. Think of how sweet it would be for them to respond in an affirmative manner, just in time for July 4th.

And why wouldn’t they? They do support the Constitution, right? That’s a part of their oath of office, isn’t it? What in that letter is so subversive that elected officials would not be supportive of it?

Yeah, and they won’t care, just like all the emails/conversations Tom has had with commissioners where they tell him “THEY DON’T CARE.”

This is like the movie Groundhog Day – this conversation keeps recurring and the lesson doesn’t sink in.

I am tired of repeating myself.

Maybe they won’t care. Maybe they were already on the phone to the newspapers and told them ixnay on the OK. Anyone familiar with how the County is run would be more surprised if they came out in support of Bucks OK. That doesn’t mean we stop trying to establish some communication with them. I hope Tom is keeping track of how many times he’s reached out to the elect and was rejected, it might come in handy some day.

Ultimately, this is about getting the word out about Bucks OK. We don’t really need the County political machines support. It would be great if it happened but the politicians most likely see us as a possible threat to their power by wanting to participate in the SHTF day festivities.

Let me finish this.I’ll get everything in the mail and we’ll see how it plays out.

Nothing ventured nothing gained, right?

I just want you to think about who the letter is coming from, if its from you as an individual than it should not refer to “we” and perhaps it should lead the reader to more information about what CPT is/isn’t.  Also it contains a lot of facts and is wordy, how will it come across to the average sheeple?  Plus consider it can be edited.

If its from Bucks OK, it should be approved by leadership incl Larry Ligouri

John,

Sorry for not getting back to email yesterday.  It looks like, while I did read the message in the light in which you presented it, that we got a very bare knuckled reading by the team.

Looks like the consensus is that while everyone, I am sure, considers the message honest, it may be too honest.

Stewart is out right now doing radio interviews to counter much of the bad press and implied messages coming from the gov.  We need to be upbeat and positive and avoid any messages that could be twisted or construed as negative.  Let’s stick with a “we believe” message.

  • We believe in the role of LEO to protect the Bill of Rights.
  • We believe in the role of public service to uphold the constitution.
  • We believe in the role of citizens to protect the rights of citizenship.
  • We believe in the need to uphold our oath to protect the constitution and to support those servants of our republic who seek to uphold their oath in times of natural or man made emergency.
  • If you would like to uphold your oath to the constitution or seek to take that oath . . .

Maybe something simple like this?

Respectfully,

Tom

My turn to apologize for tardy reply. I was looking through the Constitution for the points listed in the we believe message. Couldn’t find them.

In fact, the attitude of the Constitution I remember best is stated in the Tenth Amendment.

I wouldn’t call it a bare knuckled response. Three guys raised some concerns and except for Andy there weren’t any further indications my replies didn’t satisfy. I think Andy was coming around a little.

Jim said no so no it was.

I can’t do anything less than too honest so I’ll pass on any more attempts to draw attention to oath keepers. Thanks, anyway.

I’ll be in nashville for the next few days and mostly out of touch when there but I’ll try to access email if I can.

Take care.

Like the ending of a bad movie

The point of all that is the recent arrest of Oath Keeper founder Stewart Rhodes, I believe, is to serve as a lesson to the enslaved minds of the subjugated inhabitants of the UNfolding  New World Order about how powerful their control is.

If you read through the email communications I had with the leaders and members of the  forming Bucks/Mont OK members with any discernment you might have noticed there was little interest in the ‘protect and defend’ part of our Constitution; control through  misdirection ? I thought that was hard to miss.

But that’s how it works these days. Good people join up with good intentions and somehow they fail to accomplish the mission they believed was clear. Protect and Defend… hold their oath to be self-evident.. relight the lamp on the hill.

There is a lot of that in the OK ranks and the few examples of government actions taken against Americans makes me leery of the charges against Rhodes.

One last video to seal that point…

A Preview

Last month I came across Samuel Clemens’ article, “To the Person sitting in Darkness”.  I’ve read it before but this time I focused on Clemens’ target, the Reverend Mr. Ament. At first, I thought Clemens had reached into his bag of synecdoche one more time for the name of his targeted antagonist but William Scott Ament was born to it. https://www.academia.edu/8994508/William_Scott_Ament_and_the_Boxer_Rebellion_Heroism_Hubris_and_the_Ideal_Missionary

That Ament had a strong enough interest in the Chinese money system to publish an article between mission tours titled “The Ancient Coinage of China” in September 1888 by the Archeological Institute of America in “The American Journal of Archeology and of the History of the Fine Arts” Vol 4 No. 3 pp 284 – 290 lends, in the least, more credence to Samuel Clemens’ moral position than to The American Board of Commissioners for Foreign Missions outrage.

This article explores the interactions of American missionaries and opium traders in and around Izmir (then called Smyrna), focused on Protestant Christian evangelism of its Christian Orthodox residents, in the first part of the nineteenth century. It argues that American missionaries placed confidence in the humanitarianism of American international commerce, even commerce involving opium. Opium was the main commodity that first drew American traders to Izmir, where they bought opium and shipped it for sale in China, and on which, despite its growing controversy there and in America, they made great profits. The missionaries’ faith in ‘free trade’ helped to rationalize their efforts and focus on those Eastern Mediterranean peoples, especially Armenians, who were likewise engaged in commercial activity, in order to reform the peoples of the Ottoman Empire.

The missionaries’ faith in ‘free trade’ helped to rationalize their efforts.

In 1909 the Rockefeller philanthropies added public health programs to their earlier efforts to develop public schools and promote agricultural demonstration projects in the South in part because medical care is so seductive to even the most reluctant people.

In China, Gates switched from supporting religious missionaries to building a Western medical system. This episode is fascinating both because of the greater value that Gates, a man of the cloth, placed on scientific medicine in promoting Western influence and because of the unabashed imperialist motivations he himself attributed to Rockefeller philanthropies abroad. In 1905 Gates urged Rockefeller, a frequent contributor to Baptist missionaries, to donate $100,000 to an organization of Congregational missions. “Now, for the first time in the history of the world,” Gates explained to Rockefeller,

all the nations and all the islands of the sea are actually open                       and  offer a free field for the light and philanthropy of the                              English  speaking people…Christian agencies as a whole have                        very thoroughly invaded all coasts, all strategic points, all                               points   of   entry and are thoroughly entrenched where they                           are.

For Gates, transforming heathens into-fearing Christians was “no sort of measure” of the value of missionaries:

Quite apart from the question of persons converted, the mere                       commercial results of missionary effort to our own land is                              worth, I had almost said a Thousandfold every year of what is                      spent on missions… Missionary enterprise, viewed solely from                      a  commercial standpoint, is immensely profitable. From the                          point of view of means of subsistence for Americans, our                                  import  trade, traceable mainly to the channels of  intercourse                   opened up by missionaries, is enormous. Imports from heathen                    lands furnish us cheaply with many of the luxuries of life and                         not a few of the comforts, and with many things, indeed,                                 which we now regard as necessities.

Industrial capitalism, however, required not only raw materials and cheap products. It also needed new markets for its abundant manufactured goods. As Gates added to Rockefeller’s receptive ear:

our imports are balanced by our exports of American                                         manufactures. Our export trade is growing by leaps and                                  bounds.  Such growth would have been utterly impossible but                      for the commercial conquest of foreign lands under the lead of                      missionary endeavor. What a boon to home industry and                                manufacture!

Gates’ heady sales pitch to John D Rockefeller was likely intended to be the platform for a wave of American imperialism he was itching to launch based on medical technology.

John D. Rockefeller might not have noticed but his Foundation was losing its foundation.

Trick or Treat

A few days ago I came across a work of David J Hill, LL.D., “Science of Rhetoric: An Introduction to the Laws of Effective Discourse” copyright 1877. Dr. Hill was also noted on the cover as President of the University of Rochester and author of Hill’s Rhetorical Series and the Elements of Psychology.

Hill’s inaugural address was quite the measure of the expectations of education in 1888…

The flavor of Hill’s thinking on the nature and content of collegiate liberal education may best be appreciated by selected excerpts from the address. “All education consists in the formation of certain… predispositions for particular kinds of action.” “The law of all education is the progressive translation of imperfect and incomplete conscious acts into the fixed determinations of a mechanical automatism.” “Liberal education does not aim to form the specialist, but to prepare one to be a specialist by making him, in a large sense, an educated man.” The essential elements of liberal training included “certain attainments of knowledge and certain qualifications for conduct.”

In his own distinctive prose, Hill defined his philosophy concerning the several disciplines indispensable for a liberally educated man. “Ability to read ordinary Latin at sight is absolutely essential. All the Greek he can learn is likely to prove valuable.” He should acquire a reading knowledge of modern languages “and a fair speaking knowledge of at least one.” As for mathematics, “No education can be called ‘liberal’ which has not enabled the recipient of it to perceive the mathematical necessity that runs through all natural relations, and to make those calculations which are needed in the exact sciences.” “Some knowledge of substantive science” constituted yet another ingredient of liberal education, and science had so vastly proliferated as to demand “a great revolution in pedagogical methods”–to wit, far more laboratory experience under the direction of specialist professors. Philosophy, to shape “the intellectual and moral character of students,” should retain its traditional and exalted place in the college curriculum. And attention must be devoted to “eliciting those sentiments of the heart which bind the learner to his species and his Creator, fit him for the family and society, the Church and the State… ”

Should young men be equipped for a variety of professions and vocations? Certainly. “The scholar is needed not only in literature, in science, and in the learned professions, but even more imperatively in politics.” Yet the training they obtained should “not be narrow in scope and vocationally channeled [sic]. The best preparation for the specialist is a broad, general culture which lifts him at once from the circumscribed condition of an intellectual mechanic to the dignity of a philosopher.” The doctrine that a college should prepare men “to earn a living by some practical art,” Hill repudiated as heretical, comparable in fact to the theory that “the leading attribute of a successful president of a college [is] dexterity as a commercial traveler rather than scholarly attainments.”

…though the outline of those times is what should be considered if we are to understand the present.

Brazil became a republic and Paris attracted hosts to a great international exhibition, featured by the soaring Eiffel Tower. The Second International of Socialists was founded, and in France the Boulangist ferment, which at its zenith threatened to sweep away the Third Republic, petered out ignominiously. Beyond the Rhine, ambitious William II dropped the pilot of the German Empire, Prince Otto von Bismarck. The Hapsburg Monarchy was morally shaken by the death of Crown Prince Rudolf, almost certainly by his own hand. In a significant real estate transaction, Great Britain, in exchange for territorial concessions in Africa, ceded the strategic isle of  Heligoland to Germany; and the celebrated British empire-builder, Cecil Rhodes, started his South African Company. And, as additional veneer on its “westernization” facade, Japan received a constitutional form of government.

What has that to do with today? Change; or as BO referred to it, fundamental change; or as the oligarchs refer to it, The Great Reset.

That ‘Great Reset’ title is, of course, pure BS propaganda; nothing but an effort of psychological manipulation. The Sixties was a time of change, too, except back then everything was not televised. We’ve been hornswoggled into accepting their concept model for the United States is democracy and few of US understand how they did that. The  science of rhetoric is important if you want to understand politicians and their handlers. So much of the following link’s content has been pasted below because the political rhetoric is at high pitch. It’s like a rubber sword fight in places.

By the time it got to McGeorge Bundy, the tone changed somewhat.

SUBJECT
Your Luncheon with Mr. John D. Rockefeller, III, Thursday, November 5, 1964

Mr. Rockefeller is expected to request your support for a Presidential Commission on Population./2/ Mr. Rockefeller obviously hopes that such a Commission would enlarge the area of public consensus on governmental measures for dealing with the population problem. At bottom, the issue is whether a Presidential Commission would advance–or delay and deter–operating decisions which will have real impact.

/2/In a November 6 letter to Secretary Rusk, Rockefeller confirmed that he had discussed a Presidential Commission with Rusk at the meeting. (Ibid.) Rockefeller wrote in a second letter on November 11: “We can quickly agree, I think, that the problems of population are among the most critical now facing mankind. Hardest hit are the two-thirds of the world’s people who live in the developing countries, but all of us are vitally affected. Here at home our growing population presents us with problems of urban congestion and sprawl, of relocation of industry and political reapportionment, of mass higher education, of leisure and outdoor recreation, of voluntary fertility regulation, of immigration policy, of economic growth–all basic to the realization of the Great Society. Abroad in our efforts to aid the developing countries, we are confronted with population growth at a rate unprecedented in human history–a rate that threatens to defeat the struggle for social and economic development in which such countries are so deeply involved.” (Ibid.)

The following considerations are among those you may wish to bear in mind in responding to Mr. Rockefeller’s proposal:

  1. The United States offered in Deputy Assistant Secretary Gardner’s statement before the U.N. General Assembly in December 1962, to “help other countries, upon request, to find potential sources of information and assistance on ways and means of dealing with population problems.”
  2. Since then the U.S. has become publicly committed in a series of statements by the late President Kennedy, Ambassador Stevenson, Deputy Assistant Secretary Gardner, and by votes cast in the U.N. Asian Population Conference and in ECAFE, to supporting provision through governmental bilateral and multilateral channels of all forms of assistance for dealing with population problems, with the clear exception of the shipping of manufactured contraceptive devices.
  3. In actual practice, both the U.S. Government through its AID program and the U.N. agencies have so far limited themselves to technical assistance in the traditional fields of demography, statistics and census taking, together with verbal encouragement of attention by less developed countries to their population problems. Neither AID nor the U.N. agencies have so far specifically earmarked funds in direct support of family planning programs. From a political point of view there may be advantages in avoiding such earmarking and in supporting family planning only indirectly through general budgetary support or support for health and social welfare services. But direct support may well be necessary to accelerate progress in countries such as India, Pakistan and Turkey which are having difficulty in finding funds to implement what are specifically described as national family planning programs.
  4. The question of U.N. technical assistance to national family planning programs, debated earlier in subordinate bodies, is likely to be a major issue at the forthcoming General Assembly. Two years ago–before the public statements referred to above–the U.S. voted in the Second Committee for a resolution calling for technical assistance, but abstained in Plenary in the separate vote on this issue, which we will now probably have to face once again.
  5. An increasingly vocal body of Congressional opinion led by Senators Clark and Gruening and by Congressman Udall, has been demanding evidence of effective action by AID to cope with the population problem. They may well introduce legislation in the forthcoming Congressional session earmaking AID funds for this purpose.
  6. On balance, we believe that a Presidential Commission would not succeed in extending the area of consensus to the necessary operating decisions, and might by its deliberations render such decisions more difficult and controversial than if they are dealt with in the normal way./3/ You may wish to communicate to the other Department participants in advance of the luncheon your own views on the Commission and on the other points raised in this memorandum./4/

/3/On December 22, Rusk wrote Rockefeller: “I have been giving thought to the considerations which you advanced in your helpful letters. While we may not see eye to eye on your tactical suggestion of a Presidential Commission, we in the Department will continue to seek ways of encouraging wider recognition of the implications of this problem and explore opportunities for further progress.” (Ibid.)

/4/No Presidential Commission was established, but the President did include a message on population in his January 5, 1965, State of the Union message: “We seek not to extend the power of America but the progress of humanity. We seek not to dominate others but to strengthen the freedom of all people. I will seek new ways to use our knowledge to help deal with the explosion in world population and the growing scarcity in world resources.” (Public Papers of the Presidents of the United States: Lyndon B. Johnson, 1965, Book I, p. 4)

SUBJECT
Conference on “Pacem in Terris” sponsored by the Fund for the Republic

As the enclosed letter/2/ indicates, the conference on Pope John’s encyclical “Pacem in Terris”/3/ will be held in New York on February 17-20. You will recall that we discussed this some months ago and passed the word to Robert Maynard Hutchins/4/ that you were interested in attending and addressing the group. They are now moving ahead with plans to make a definite schedule for the conference. As the enclosed letter indicates, their plans are a bit grandiose. They had hoped to get Khrushchev, the Pope and President Johnson. I doubt if they are going to end up getting any of them.

/2/Not found.

/3/Pope John XXIII’s encyclical, Pacem in Terris, urged international cooperation for peace and justice and committed the Church to a concern for all human problems.

/4/Hutchins, President of the Center for the Study of Democratic Institutions, was the chairman of the convocation. The Center was an American non-governmental organization and was hosting the conference as part of the UN International Cooperation Year.

As Harry Ashmore’s letter indicates, they want you to put the arm on the President and get him to make a commitment on this. I do not think I would be in any hurry to do so. This strikes me as the type of conference where it might be better to have the Vice-President as the star, rather than the President. I think it is going to be a first-rate conference with very high level people from the intellectual, journalistic and diplomatic world attending./5/ But it is designed to be a high powered intellectuals’ conference, not a conference given to cautious diplomatic statements. I am not at all sure that this is the right medium for the President. I see no harm in having him open the conference but I’m not sure that he would want to schedule a major speech there.

/5/Other speakers scheduled to attend included U.S. Permanent Representative to the United Nations Adlai Stevenson, Chief Justice Earl Warren, Senator J. William Fulbright, Ambassador George Kennan, Israeli Deputy Prime Minister Abba Eban, three former Presidents of the General Assembly, historian Arnold Toynbee, Nobel Prize-winning scientist Linus Pauling, and theology professor Paul Tillich. (UN Press Release ICY/22, February 9, 1965; Minnesota Historical Society, Papers of Hubert H. Humphrey, Vice Presidential Files, 1965-68, 150.F.13.7 (B))

To be perfectly blunt, I am somewhat reluctant to see you bypassed as the star of this conference. This would probably be the best foreign policy speaking engagement you would get in the next year. The subject of the conference would permit you to give a very high level speech which would really combine all your major foreign policy interests–arms control and disarmament, relations between the developing and the developed world, foreign aid, international organizations, United Nations, and peace./6/ If the President is inclined to attend, by all means I would not discourage him. But I don’t think I would exert any pressure at this time.

/6/On February 17, 1965, Humphrey delivered a long speech at the conference, in which he explained that statesmen “cannot ignore the implications for the survival of mankind of new discoveries in technology, biology, nuclear physics, and space.” He also clearly enunciated the new threats to peace and security: “In Pacem in Terris John XXIII returned to a theme he had discussed in Mater et Magistra when he stated: `Given the growing interdependence among peoples of the earth, it is not possible to preserve lasting peace if glaring economic inequality among them persists.’ If control of nuclear weapons is a central issue in improving relations between East and West, accelerating the economic development of new nations is essential to harmony between North and South.” Humphrey spoke of the need for social justice: “Those who have been `more blessed with this world’s goods’ must heed the Pope’s plea to assist `those political communities whose citizens suffer from poverty, misery and hunger and who lack even the elementary rights of the human person.’ We must do this out of compassion–for we are our brother’s keeper. And we also do it out of self-interest as well–for our lot is their lot, our future their future, our peace their peace. This planet is simply too small for the insulation of the rich against turbulence bred of injustice in any part of the world.” (Remarks of the Vice President, February 17, 1965; ibid.)

  1. Memorandum From Robert Komer of the National Security Council Staff to President Johnson/1/

Washington, April 27, 1965.

/1/Source: Johnson Library, National Security File, Robert W. Komer Files, Population Control 1965-March 1966. Secret. Copies were sent to McGeorge Bundy, Bill Moyers, and Douglass Cater. An attached covering memorandum reads: “Mac–Here’s a little flank attack that I think might just penetrate LBJ’s defenses. It’s a hard dollar and cents argument for taking a more serious view of birth control in the LDCs. Any harm in just trying this out on LBJ? It might score, and he did tell Gaud he wanted to talk aid this week. The study mentioned is a paper by Steve Enke, a RAND economist. Didn’t want to overload LBJ but you ought to read it.”

While you’re thinking about foreign aid, here’s a fascinating statistic. A recent study claims that if economic resources in many LDC’s were devoted to retarding population growth rather than accelerating production growth, these resources could be 100 times more effective in raising output per capita! In many of these countries, spending only about one percent of their present overall development outlays on reducing births could be as effective in raising per capita output as the other 99%.

The above figures are just one good economist’s./2/ However, even if they’re off somewhat, there’s no doubt of the rapidly declining cost of population control because of new devices. This could have immense significance for areas where we are investing massive amounts of development capital–all of Latin America, India, Pakistan, Turkey (to take just our biggest clients). The process of getting these countries to the stage of self-sustaining growth, and thus reducing the longer term foreign aid burden on us–could be greatly foreshortened.

/2/Komer sent the studies to which he is referring to Bill Moyers the next day. They include two papers by RAND economist Stephen Enke, “Economic Programs to Prevent Births” and “Lower Birth Rates–Some Economic Aspects,” as well as summaries of recent polls concerning birth control. (Memorandum from Komer to Moyers, April 28; ibid.)

I’m not propagandizing for a big US push on the still sensitive issue of birth control. Things are already moving in this field at a pretty good pace. But the relevance of figures like the above to the achievement of our foreign aid goals is so striking that you may want to consider ways and means of gradually using our foreign aid more as an incentive to major efforts in this field by the less developed countries themselves. You might want to include this subject in your aid talks with Bill Gaud.

Would you like to hear more about this?

Mac–

We’re moving on population control. Califano is setting up a task force/2/ (perhaps more at Moyers’ urging than LBJ’s; Bill is a bug on this).

/2/No other references to the Califano task force have been found, and no mention of such an entity appears in later State Department internal histories on this topic.

The argument will be over how much splash we can make without setting up counterpressures, both here and abroad. Much will depend on what the Vatican finally comes out with.

Another problem is that little in the way of legislation seems called for. Most of what’s needed can be done by Executive action. This creates a special message problem, so I suggested linking population control abroad at least to the war on want./3/

/3/In a letter dated August 30 to UN Secretary-General U Thant at the second UN World Population Conference in Belgrade, President Johnson wrote: “we must now begin to face forthrightly the multiplying problems of our multiplying population. Our government assures your conference of our wholehearted support to the United Nations and its agencies in their efforts to achieve a better world through bringing into balance the world’s resources and the world’s population. . . . It is my fervent hope that your great assemblage of population experts will contribute significantly to the knowledge necessary to solve this transcendent problem. Second only to the search for peace, it is humanity’s greatest challenge.” (Public Papers of the Presidents of the United States: Lyndon B. Johnson, 1965, Book II, p. 951)

Incidentally, population research in government is abysmally low–only about $500,000 directly attributed.

SUBJECT
White House Conference on International Cooperation

Recommendation

  1. That you agree in principle to the proposed program of the White House Conference on International Cooperation/2/ scheduled to be held November 28 through December 1, 1965./3/

/2/The attached proposed program is not printed. To commemorate the 20th anniversary of the United Nations, 1965 was designated “International Cooperation Year.” On October 2, 1964, President Johnson announced U.S. participation in the ICY. He told the representatives of the more than 200 bipartisan participating groups that international cooperation was “a clear necessity to our survival. . . . The greater the nation the greater is its need to work cooperatively with other people, with other countries, with other nations.” The President also announced his intention to call a White House conference in 1965. (Public Papers of the Presidents of the United States: Lyndon B. Johnson, 1963-64, Book II, pp. 1186-1188) On November 24, 1964, Johnson named a Cabinet committee under the chairmanship of Harlan Cleveland to coordinate U.S. participation. Three objectives designated by Cleveland for the ICY included: “1. An inventory of ongoing projects and programs involving international cooperation. 2. An intensive public relations campaign in the U.S. to stress the magnitude and effectiveness of international cooperation. 3. A series of suggestions for future international cooperative projects.” (Memorandum from Joyce to Pollack, February 17; Department of State, SCI Files: Lot 68 D 152)

/3/The “approve” line is checked. A handwritten note by the President reads: “If I’m available which I doubt.” In a September 23 memorandum to the President, McGeorge Bundy “warmly” supported the recommendations, but added, “I would put all this even more affirmatively if I did not feel that you were wary of additional engagements.” (Johnson Library, National Security File, Memos to the President, Vol. 15) Gordon Chase commented to Bundy in a September 28 memorandum that the President’s hesitancy “probably” reflected a “general reluctance to get tied on firmly to anything so far in advance.” (Ibid.)

  1. That you make remarks at the final plenary of the Conference on December 1, 1965. (Text to be provided.)/4/

/4/The “approve” line is checked. A handwritten note by the President reads: “See above.”

  1. That following the final plenary there be an early evening reception at the White House./5/

/5/The “approve” line is checked. A handwritten note by the President reads: “See above.”

Discussion

Following your designation of 1965 as International Cooperation Year (ICY), you appointed a Cabinet Committee to coordinate the Government’s participation. The private sector was engaged through the United Nations Association.

In response to your public requests (excerpts enclosed),/6/ the Cabinet Committee and the United Nations Association created joint committees on various areas of international cooperation. We expect a number of the committee reports will contain proposals worthy of consideration for your State of the Union message. You will recall that this was discussed when you recently joined us for a luncheon in the Department.

/6/Not printed.

It may be desirable for you to release some of the recommendations before the opening of the Conference. We plan to make specific suggestions to this end.

We have developed the enclosed tentative program of the Conference which would personally involve you, high government officials and congressional leaders.

You would participate in the final plenary session of the Conference on Wednesday, December 1, by receiving the reports and recommendations of the Conference and making appropriate remarks. This would be followed by an early evening reception at the White House.

The Congress passed a concurrent resolution/7/ supporting the ICY program and designated six Senators and six Congressmen to attend the Conference. Other legislators will also participate. We expect about 1200 top citizen leaders and 300 government officials to participate. The Conference will, therefore provide you and the United States Government with the opportunity to present graphically the efforts of the Administration to achieve peace and cooperation in the world.

/7/Senate Concurrent Resolution 36, agreed on June 22, 1965. (79 Stat. 1429)

SUBJECT
Should we go Ahead with the White House Conference on International Cooperation Year?

  1. Jake Jacobsen has passed me your message, and I have not done anything further on this matter until I could get back to you. But neither have I issued any general stop order./2/ I want to do just what you want done, but I don’t think I should cancel or postpone this Conference without a definite decision from you. It is now scheduled, by your repeated public affirmation, for November 29-December 1. No one short of the President should make any decision to derail what the President has repeatedly ordered.

/2/Bundy had raised the issue with the President in a memorandum on November 2: “At the outset, let me say that while I don’t blame you for your concern about the number of White House Conferences, the record shows we are pretty firmly committed to go through with this one as scheduled. In addition to the fact that many leading private citizens have already contributed much time and effort in preparation for the Conference, the public record leaves us little room to maneuver.” (Ibid.)

  1. My memoranda to you have failed to speak adequately of the history of all this. It began in 1964 after the UN General Assembly designated 1965 as International Cooperation Year. You gave that designation your enthusiastic support.

(1) First in your June, 1964 speech at Holy Cross you said,

“I propose to dedicate this year to finding new techniques for making man’s knowledge serve man’s welfare. . . .

“We intend to call upon all the resources of this great nation–both public and private–to work with other nations to find new methods of improving the life of man.”

(2) Then on October 2, 1964 you issued a Proclamation of International Cooperation Year. The operating clauses of this Proclamation are as follows:

“Now, therefore, I, Lyndon B. Johnson, President of the United States of America, do hereby

–proclaim the year 1965 to be International Cooperation Year in the United States of America;

–rededicate the Government of the United States to the principle of international cooperation; and

–direct the agencies of the Executive Branch to examine thoroughly what additional steps can be taken in this direction in the immediate future.

I also call upon our national citizen organizations to undertake intensive educational programs to inform their memberships of recent progress in international cooperation and urge them to consider what further steps can be taken.”

(3) On the same day you addressed a gathering of notables in the East Room and made an eloquent and moving announcement of plans for a White House Conference on International Cooperation:

[Here follow excerpts from the President’s remarks on October 2; see footnote 2, Document 274.]

(4) With that send-off, people went to work. On November 24, 1964, you designated a Cabinet Committee under Dean Rusk to prepare for the White House Conference. Committees were formed on a whole range of topics, and the interest of leading private citizens was engaged in a year of preliminary work. They really are leading citizens, and I attach two pages of representative names of those who have taken an interest in the Conference (Tab A)./3/

/3/Not found.

(5) On March 4, 1965, you received Bob Benjamin and gave the whole undertaking another strong boost.

“On October 2, I proclaimed this twentieth anniversary year of the birth of the United Nations as International Cooperation Year in the United States.

“I am highly pleased by the extent of voluntary support being given to this observance by citizens throughout the country. Mr. Benjamin’s progress report this morning was inspiring. I believe Americans today fully recognize that international cooperation is the one sure way toward peace. The depth of such citizen support is a source of strength for all of this nation’s policies and purposes.

“I am hopeful that the White House Conference on International Cooperation which I have called for November 29 to December 1, can be a landmark session. I hope the conference and the preliminary discussions leading toward it can be a source of new and thoughtful evaluations of what we can do in every major field of international cooperation.”

(6) Since then the wheels have been rolling. Thirty Committees of private citizens have prepared reports which are now going to press. Invitations have been printed. Committee and Panel Chairmen have arranged their programs. A remarkable group of Americans have responded to the challenge you gave their leaders in the East Room a year ago. All of this can do good. Little if any of it can do harm. You started it in a great speech. Why should it be stopped now?

  1. It may be that I have failed to respond to some special concern of yours. Here are some cases of possible objections with brief answers.

Objection One: The Conference will mess up the White House for three days.

Answer: All that the White House is committed to is a single reception which the President needs to attend only if he is in town.

Objection Two: The Conference will put forward a lot of embarrassing proposals.

Answer: There will be no wild proposals, because the private committees have shown themselves very responsible. Moreover, the freedom of action of the executive branch will be fully protected./4/

/4/On November 19 the Bureau of the Budget informed Chase that the ICY report on food and agriculture was “closely parallel” to a proposed Presidential statement on food. However, “BOB has informally made the point to me that if this report comes out, it will substantially decrease the chances of the President making a food initiative anytime in the near future–i.e. he won’t want to appear to be following the ICY Committee’s lead.” (Memorandum from Chase to Bundy, November 19; Johnson Library, National Security File, Subject File, White House Conference on International Cooperation, ICY–Tabs 26-31)

Objection Three: Some far-out type may use the White House for his own protest on Vietnam, or something else.

Answer: This is always a possibility when any group is asked to the White House, but the very presence of 1,000 other well-behaved peace-lovers will be the best possible answer.

  1. So my strong recommendation is that we should proceed on schedule. I can think of no reason whatsoever for cancellation, and the only good reason for a postponement would be to allow you to take a larger part in the Conference after your convalescence. Such a postponement can readily be arranged if you wish–though it might raise unnecessary questions about your health, and it would also increase the burden on you at a later time. The only other alternative I can see is to proceed with the Conference, enlist the help of Mrs. Johnson and the Vice President, and keep the load on you as light as possible.

Carry on with Mrs. Johnson and the Vice President
Postpone it on grounds of health
Speak to me/5/

/5/None of the three options was checked.

McG.B.

P.S. Arthur Goldberg just called me on another matter and I checked this problem with him. He asked me to pass this message: It really would be disastrous with all the supporters of the UN if we cancel the Conference. He and Dorothy Goldberg will be delighted to do anything they can to pitch in and keep the load on you as light as possible.

  1. Editorial Note

The White House Conference on International Cooperation was held November 29-December 1, 1965, in Washington. President Johnson, who was in Texas, did not address the conference, but Vice President Humphrey read a message from the President at the opening session on November 29.

In his message to the conference, which the President called “a Town Meeting of the leaders of the Nation,” he urged the participants to seek “new ways to raise the world’s millions up from poverty, new policies to conserve and develop the world’s resources, new methods to rid the world of destructive disease; new means to increase commerce between nations; new safeguards against the overriding danger of war; new avenues to world peace.” (Public Papers of the Presidents of the United States: Lyndon B. Johnson, 1965, Book II, pages 1128-1129)

The administration found that many of the conference’s reports contradicted stated policy or supported programs targeted for extinction. According to an early Bureau of the Budget reaction memorandum, the report on population–a “tricky and sensitive subject” called for more extensive and dramatic U.S. action, when the current U.S. policy was “not to be doctrinaire and to use soft approaches.” Regarding the human rights report, another memorandum noted: “This report proposes to press forward the U.S. into international cooperation in human rights on a broad front. The efficacy of the recommendations involves judgments of U.S. domestic political aspects and how far U.S. goes in surrendering sovereignty or binding its internal affairs by international agreements. These are ticklish problems.” (Memoranda from Chase to Sisco, November 12 and November 17; both in Johnson Library, National Security File, Gordon Chase Files, International Cooperation Year)

White House staff members hoped that the conference would be forgotten. “The one outstanding piece of business left over from the ICY conference,” Harold Saunders wrote Bundy on December 17, “is how to organize (or scuttle) the follow-up. . . . Sisco has sent all the reports to the Cabinet Committee requesting reaction to their recommendations by 22 December. So far the citizens’ committees haven’t done anything but talk about organizing themselves to follow through. Sisco hopes a quick informal reaction to the recommendations will pre-empt them. My sense is that we want to keep communication informal and let it trail off.” Bundy wrote on this memorandum: “I agree.” (Memorandum from Saunders to Bundy, December 17; ibid., Name File, Saunders Memos, Box 7)

  1. Editorial Note

In late 1965, as White House staff began to review the issue of population, the State Department’s population expert, Robert Barnett, was asked to prepare an overview for White House use. Barnett reported, “Gordon Chase (White House) says it seems to be what was needed for the aid review now afoot over there.” (Memorandum from Barnett to Read, November 22, 1965; National Archives and Records Administration, RG 59, Records of the Department of State, Central Files, 1964-66, SOC 13) After providing a historical overview stretching back to the Eisenhower administration, Barnett set out a series of principles by which U.S. Government policy could be guided. He made two points. First, the United States could “treat the population problem scientifically without anxiety that to do so will provoke obfuscating ideological dispute as to propriety of that activity.” Second, the U.S. Government “should advocate no specific or elaborate national policy with respect to population questions beyond the policy of stating readiness to respond to requests for help originating at home or in foreign countries with needed resources, financial, scientific, technical, and personnel.” (Ibid.)

In a series of major messages in the first 2 months of 1966, President Johnson raised the issue and followed these guidelines on at least six occasions. On January 20, in an address in Independence, Missouri, he said: “The hungry world cannot be fed until and unless the growth in its resources and the growth in its population come into balance. Each man and woman–and each nation–must make decisions of conscience and policy in the face of this great problem. But the position of the United States of America is clear. We will give our help and support to nations which make their own decision to insure an effective balance between the numbers of their people and the food they have to eat.” (Public Papers of the Presidents of the United States: Lyndon B. Johnson, 1966, Book I, page 42) He spoke again on February 1: “The United States cannot and should not force any country to adopt any particular approach to this problem. It is first a matter of individual and national conscience, in which we will not interfere.” (Ibid., page 119)

A National Security Action Memorandum, dated November 21, 1966, and annotated “draft not used,” includes a covering memorandum that urged immediate action, but cautioned: “There are admittedly some tough issues to be resolved, both in policy and in tactics. . . . There’s also the political question–whether pushing hard encourages opponents to fight back when we might get just as far by moving ahead quickly. I gather you’ve decided this is urgent enough to risk a fight. In any case, this in-house shouldn’t cause trouble.” The matter went no further. (Johnson Library, National Security File, Robert W. Komer Files, Population Control 1965-March 1966)

Robert A. Dahl speaks of “the three great milestones in the development of democratic institutions—the right to participate in governmental decisions by casting a vote, the right to be represented, and the right of an organized opposition to appeal for votes against the government in elections and in parliament.” In enumerating these three great achievements of democratic government, Dahl also implies that they are embodied principally in three main institutions: parties, elections, and legislatures: Dahl, Robert A. (ed.), Political Oppositions in Western Democracies (New Haven and London: Yale University Press, 1966), p. xiGoogle Scholar. GLOBE USA Receives Grant from Rockefeller Foundation

In August, GLOBE USA gained another prominent supporter by receiving a grant from the Rockefeller Foundation. A longtime a supporter of making policymakers aware of global trends and issues, Rockefeller approved a grant for GLOBE USA to highlight the changing role of national legislators as globalization and international institutions take traditionally national policy issues into the international arena. The grant will be used to improve GLOBE USA’s website and produce a publication and a briefing for members to be held at the beginning of the 107th Congress.

Rockefeller Foundation Announcement

Having been a leader and prime mover of the eugenics movement as reported at https://www.meehanreports.com/eugen-PT-pt1.htm, last months announcement by https://www.rockefellerfoundation.org/news/statement-by-dr-rajiv-j-shah-on-the-anti-eugenics-projects-dismantling-eugenics-convening/ was such a surprise it appears it has not yet registered on the abortion industry’s wrecked-her scale.

Though we pray this will deal a major blow to the abortion industry we must keep in mind that these are the days of deceit; the possibility that it is an UNannounced hand off to the Gates foundation must be considered a probability. Or perhaps this mea culpa sacrifice is intended to focus on the white racist angle,  not so much the agents who used the eugenics movement to target the congenitally ‘sick, lame, and lazy’ they felt were not worth the space God provided them; any further attention generated by this disengagement could be jinned up by their progressive army to create more anger events the oligarch’s politicians can use to further dismantle the Republic.

You might dismiss that as cynicism but you can’t claim it is baseless.

One more related item.

I came across this news recently that https://www.news-medical.net/news/20200611/The-egg-decides-which-sperm-fertilizes-it.aspx announced last year…

This new study by researchers from the U.K. and Sweden looked at the dynamics between the waiting ovum and the sperms that swim towards it. The team says that there is a chemical communication that occurs between the female reproductive system that receives the sperm and the incoming sperm cells from the male partner. They explained that the primary mechanism might be known, but the molecular mechanism that forms the basis of choice of sperm cell by the egg is not clear. They write, “there is a growing appreciation that females can bias sperm use and paternity by exerting cryptic female choice for preferred males.”

The team from Stockholm University and Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust speculates that there may be chemicals that attract the sperm. These chemo-attractants are released from the eggs

I mention that study for two reasons. First, the scientists we are supposed to recognize as the final word on all matters and subjects they deign to invest their money in or make their money from https://www.forbes.com/sites/adamandrzejewski/2021/10/20/dr-anthony-faucis-little-known-biodefense-work–its-how-he-became-the-highest-paid-federal-employee/are, as humans, still limited to speculating about the origins of life and yet they cannot include, even in their speculations, that God, the Supreme Being as our Creator, created the process that makes every person, every single one of us, special; and women are blessed as His tool in the creation process establishing the link, persevering through to my second reason, that every person who contributed to the establishment or the continuation of the eugenics system worked or works against God’s will and is not to be trusted.

Seriously contemplate that.

Family Album

From https://www.ocf.berkeley.edu/~schwrtz/Rockefeller.html

Evidence collected from a variety of public documents indicates that the Rockefeller fortune, although nominally distributed among many individual members of the Family, is actually coordinated under a central management. We have identified a number of persons, who, as employees of the Rockefellers, not only advise the Family on its personal investments but also represent its collective interests on the Boards of Directors of dozens of major corporations. This coordination of capital resources also appears to include moneys held in trust funds, moneys held by tax-exempt philanthropies set up by the Family, and even some moneys of non-Family institutions.

The picture of an enormous concentration of economic power, which follows from this evidence, stands in sharp contradiction to the usual public image – and the recent Congressional testimony – which the Rockefellers have presented. It is hoped that many questions raised by this report will be taken up in continuing investigations by the Congress….

We all know what the phrase ‘talking out of both sides of your mouth’ means and it’s a rare person who can claim innocence but the Rockefeller Foundation has taken that weakness and turned it into a weapon.

The following link is dated 2013 and its subject is the next hundred years. On the introductory page it is written “views expressed in the report do not reflect those of the Rockefeller Foundation”; on page 4 (four) it shares the news that “a 1915 Rockefeller Foundation report by W Welch and W Rose proposed a new public health education to build the approaches and cadres needed to improve population health. Foundation activities promoting public health since 1913 now span 52 countries across 6 continents.” If you have been paying attention, you should be getting the idea by now, 2 (two) years into the alleged pandemic, there is more than a little UNconstitutional law developing around the subject of ‘health’; don’t think for a minute it stops at health.

On page 5 (five) the subject turns to organizing the dream and the message in the box claims:

The White paper does not make predictions or a forecast of a certain future. It rather projects different scenarios for the future. It makes explicit the critical assumptions and uncertainties we have about the future of healthy societies, and the different plausible
futures they imply, as a basis for creative thinking about how to shape the future.
