It’s been three days since the unindicted co-conspirator of Hamas, CAIR, sicked their confused lap dogs from the Department of State on the United Arab Emirates and the UAE doesn’t appear impressed.
The unrepentant Emirates understand the complexities of the terrorist establishment and appear willing to stand opposed while the clueless State Department cannot respond without a script.
The Federal National Council is due to be called from its almost four-month summer break to attend a special session later this month to review the draft law, which establishes “terrorist” capital offences, which result in the death of a victim, including attacks on a head of state or his family or a representative or officer of a state; coerced recruitment of people into a “terrorist” organisation; hijacking; hostage-taking; infringement on diplomatic or consular premises in committing a “terrorist” act; use of nuclear, chemical or biological weapons and assaults on security forces.
Under the 70-article bill being discussed by the legislative and legal affairs committee of the House, convicted terrorists will face the death penalty, life imprisonment and fines of up to Dh100 million.
The draft law will also authorise the Cabinet to establish lists of designated terrorist organisations and persons…
In contrast, we have the Patriot Act that is used as a politically controlled enforcement tool against US.

On Tuesday May 21st there were Tea Party protests scheduled at IRS offices all over the country. We have photographic and video evidence that The Department of Homeland Security was in attendance at five of those protests. It seems like this administration just flipped the bird at Tea Party Patriots. The quote above is taken directly from the DHS.gov website and reminds us that this organization was created to deal with terrorists and not to harass law-abiding tax payers who, in this case, may have payed more than their fair share.
Make no mistake. The Obama Administration is calling conservatives out. There is no reason to believe that local law enforcement could not have provided security for each of these protests. The fact that DHS vehicles and armed guards were present is a statement to the conservatives of America. I think it is a smug reminder from an administration that lives by their own code and continues to chip away at the constitutionally protected rights of every American. DHS agents showing up at 1 or 2 of these events could be explained as local law enforcement asking for help. Showing up at 5 protest sites (that we are aware of) is more likely a decision that was handed down from “Big Sis” Napolitano or one of her trusted American Gestapo leaders…

As it becomes clear to an increasing number of Americans, living in a politically controlled environment means you get politically controlled numbots explaining politically controlled government doing work most Americans believe repugnant.
“The State Department works…with CAIR all the time, no?” a reporter asked. “I mean, there’s all sorts of outreach programs between the government and CAIR, right?”
“I don’t know offhand whether we have a particular—” Rathke began, before being told that CAIR has also worked with the FBI, and that CAIR officials have been invited to State Department-hosted iftars – Ramadan fast-breaking meals – “in years past.”
“I don’t have that information at my fingertips,” Rathke said. “But at any rate, we’re engaging UAE officials. These are U.S.-based groups so of course our – we are not in the lead then for domestically-based groups generally.”
CAIR did not respond Monday to queries…
They’re probably trying to get hold of their man on the golf course.
